ALCOHOL-FREE CRISP BASIL SMASH
Our non-alcoholic crisp basil smash cocktail likes to show off when being prepared, which makes it ideal for an afternoon spent by the pool. Start by smashing basil and lemon in a cocktail shaker and then filling it with ice, our Ceder’s crisp with aromas of juniper, cucumber and chamomile is gently poured along with simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Either fine strained in a coupette or for a longer drink, strained into a rocks glass filled with ice and topped with soda water, both are wonderfully appealing.
Ingredients
- 50ml Ceder’s Crisp
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Top with Soda Water (optional)
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- Fresh basil
Recipe
1) Smash the basil and lemon in a cocktail shaker
2) Add the rest of the ingredients (minus soda water) to the cocktail shaker filled with ice
3) Then, shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds
4) Next, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with soda water if a longer drink is desired
5) Finally, garnish with fresh basil, serve it proudly and enjoy
